"TERRISE" BIANCO SALENTO IGP
Straw yellow with green highlights. On the nose, intense and complex sensation of white flower as hawthorn, fresh fruit as green apple and mineral note. On the palate, excellent freshness and sapidity, medium softness and the sensation of warmth not too strong.
Served as an aperitif, it helps to engage all the senses for the other dishes. Ideal with fish appetizers, raw fish, sushi, shellfishes, delicate pasta dishes, rice, fish in a salt crust, fresh and moderately mature cheese.
