Beschreibung

The wine has a golden yellow color. The aroma has a distinct complexity of Albana di Romagna, especially ripe yellow fruit. The mouthfeel is filled with voluminous body, very well balanced by a strong acidity that makes it unique.
Hand-picked, then the grapes are pressed softly and then they follow a static cold decantation for about 24h. The alcoholic fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine ages in french tonneaux for about 6 months with periodic batonnages and then in bottle.
