Beschreibung

The color is ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by spicy notes typical of Syrah, well complexed with those of ripe red fruits. The mouthfeel gives freshness, and there is a great balance between fruit, acidity and velvety tannins, not at all intrusive, which give this wine a great drinkability.
Hand-picked, the two masses of grapes (95% Syrah, 5% Sangiovese) are vinified separately (a part of Syrah grapes follows the carbonica maceration technique to obtain more freshness) and then aged in stainless steel tanks and bottle for at least 6 months.
