Sparkling Barbera that has been representing the classic red wine for every meal for decades.                                     
It takes name from dolls with blondie curly hair, like Antonino Baldizzone’s wife, Graziana, illustrated on the label.
Vinification: take off the rasps and wine press, then the alcoholic fermentation starts - with selection yeasts with contact peel and temperature supervised.                                  
The wine is pour in steel tank under pressure where starts the re-fermentation.
"La Cira" is a lively wine to be drunk young, the color is ruby purple red, with an intense winy aroma with a full and intense body. In the glass it is clearly sparkling.
