Bianco di Bisenzio IGT Umbria
Hand harvested. Direct press and temperature-controlled fermentation at 15C for between 15-20 days. Ageing in stainless steel for 5- 6 months with a further 2 months in bottle before release. A thick-skinned grape, Grechetto has a rich flavour profile with citrus, peach, melon and even sea-shell like aromas. This wonderfully aromatic is further complemented by the Sauvignon Blanc.
