DESCRIPTION 

Wine made with the Sauvignon Blanc variety with a distinctive and original touch. The production is carried out at the optimum ripening time of this variety. The harvest took place at night. After 2 days of pre-fermentation maceration at a constant temperature of -2ºC, the tank is bled to obtain the flower wine. The resulting flower wine will ferment at 12 ºC for 25 days, this will allow to preserve its aromas and its fruity character to the maximum.

TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow color, greenish rim.
Citrus, white flowers and tropical fruits.
Unctuous, acidity, freshness and pleasant.
