Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC
The vinification involves a partial maceration on the skins with racking after a few hours. To accentuate the aromas, the fermentation temperature does not exceed 18 ° C.
The wine is kept on its lees for about 4 months, and marketed after about 1 month of aging in the bottle.
Deep pink in color, with strong aromas reminiscent of the original grapes and fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry.
On the palate it has a pleasant acidity well balanced by a pleasant flavor.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, light first courses, pizza, freshwater fish and sushi.
