Full-bodied and balanced, the Syrah doc "Crimiso" is born from the careful selection of the best grapes of the international vines of north-western Sicily that have perfectly adapted to the climate and the peculiarities of the Alcamo - Camporeale area.

The vinification follows the principles of the modern Sicilian tradition, starting from the pre-fermentation maceration, followed by the fermentation at a controlled temperature lasting about 15 days and then being refined in steel tanks, and tonneaux for about 6 months.

A purple red wine lively on the palate, which makes the taste buds dance on notes of black pepper. The full-bodied tannin envelops a colorful bouquet of ripe red fruits and gently melts the structure of vigorous red meats, as well as marrying pleasantly with simple or particularly full-bodied and succulent vegetable-based dishes.

This wine has an excellent longevity (+2 years).
