White wine vinification. Fermented at controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel tanks and in bottle. 
The colour is straw yellow with a fine and intense aroma and fruity notes. 


Colour: Pale yellow with copper undertones. 
Aroma: The bouquet highlights aromas of white fruits with floral notes.
Taste: Elegant and full bodied.
Pairings: Excellent as aperitif; it pairs perfectly with antipsti, seafood and soft cheeses.
