Très élégant dans sa robe jaune clair, ce Pinot Blanc est un modèle du genre. Nez très ouvert et fort agréable sur l’amande blanche et le côté floral, laissant apparaître après ouverture le fruit de la pêche invitant à poursuivre. Il confirme et affiche une belle vivacité de bon aloi au palais laissant une impression de grande harmonie légèrement soyeuse. Un Pinot Blanc prêt à boire possédant une belle personnalité et bien équilibré.

The wine has a deep, wonderfully-bright yellow
colour. The first nose offers a spring-like freshness with floral notes and acacia flowers. As it gradually opens up, hints of dried fruits emerge alongside floral aromas, mingled with hazelnuts and almonds, echoing a slightly woody character from being lees-aged in casks.
The palate reclaims this blend of dried fruits and vanilla-like woody spirit. Its dry balance is backed by a distinct lemony acidity, producing an excellent gourmet wine, matching a wonderful variety of dishes with sparkle and delicacy.
