Salento IGP Rosso Negroamaro
Red wine obtained from a maceration of Negroamaro grapes.
The high concentration of antocians in Negroamaro gives a deep ruby red. The nose expresses cherry, plums, maraschino and other ripe red fruits and hints of leather. The taste is vinous, persistent and rightly tannic.
It's very good paired with red meat, semi-aged cheese, first courses with strong sauces, spicy foods.
Best served at 18°C.
