Stilèma Greco di Tufo DOCG Riserva recalls the stylistic traits of the great
whites of Irpinia of the 70s and 80s, with great modernity and extraordinary
organoleptic richness. It’s the result of an assembly of grapes
chosen from various family vineyards: Montefusco, Tufo and Petruro
Irpino. The olfactory profile highlights notes of ripe fruit, yellow flowers,
dried fruits, figs and aromatic herbs, sensations that recall limestone
with pronounced smoky nuances. About 7% of the product ferments
and ages for 12 months in wood. The wine ferments on its lees for
about 18 months, releasing remarkable sapidity and longevity features.
