Un vino che nasce dalla voglia di sperimentare, ricercando l’armonia tra gli aromi primari e le note ossidative, il giusto equilibrio tra la scorrevolezza e il tannino.
Le intense note di albicocca e fico essiccati, mandorla dolce e miele, insieme al suo tannino deciso, lo rendono un ottimo accompagnamento per formaggi a pasta molle dal sapore intenso o stagionati dolci.

VinOrange is born from the desire to research and try new different things in the cellar, looking for harmony between the primary and the ageing aromas, balance between drinkability and strength, and pleasure with a tasty and uncommon pairing.
The intense amber yellow colour is due to the long contact with the skins as well as to the short barrel ageing.  Intense sweet almond and honey scents along with a very light oxidation are then found again in the mouth together with a round-bodied, harmonious and slightly tannic sip.
