Now in its third generation, the Spada family for over a century has dedicated itself with art and passion to the cultivation of grapes and the production of wine in Valpolicella. The winery, located in San Pietro in Cariano, hosts guided tours with tasting of its wines, a typical expression of the autochthonous vines of the classic Valpolicella. The tour begins in the vineyards, adjacent to the cellar, where you can observe the ancient form of vine growing characteristic of the area: the Veronese pergola. We continue in the cellar, with a visit to the vinification’s area and the aging room (with big oak casks and barriques), then we conclude with a guided tasting of "Spada" wines accompanied by local DOP dishes.
