The CANTINA MOSPARONE estate was established at the end of 2008 thanks to the passion of its owners, Simonetta Boschetti and Fabrizio Ghebbano, for high quality wines. Set on the hills that divide the municipalities of Castelnuovo don Bosco and Pino d’Asti, the estate covers an area of about 16 hectares, 10 of which are cultivated as vineyards.
 The composition of the soils, generally known as “grey-blue marl” or “white soils”, their exposure and an average altitude of around 400 metres above sea level, which offers a good alternation of warm daytime and cool night-time temperatures, as well as meticulous vineyard management, lead to the production of grapes that give life to wines with great structures and elegant bouquets. 
Right from the start, the aim of the estate has been to be known for the production of high quality wines, linked closely to the local territory and winemaking tradition. After a year spent working in the vineyards under the guideof an agronomical expert specialised in viticulture, in order to improve quality in the vineyard, Cantina Mosparone began vinifying its wines in
2009, under the supervision of the oenologist Mario Ronco.
