Cantina Passarini

Cantina Passarini was founded in 1917. Family Passarini was the first to plant the vines in this area, in the southern part of Verona.
The varieties involved in Passarini's estate are Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Trebbiano, Garganega, Merlot and Moscato.
Cantina Passarini during and after the second world war was a place where the farmers of the surroundings used to spend some time drinking a glass o good wine after a hard day of work. Is a place where people, from the afterwar years, still go and buy good and safe wines, for everyday or for special moments.
Passarini Family produces still white and red wines, sparkling rosè, sparkling white brut and a sweet sparlinkg moscato.
The historical wine of Passarini Estate is "Vino del Contandino" (wine of the farmer) with its original label of the fifties. It is a sparkling white, great during the whole meal, based on Garganega and Trebbiano.

All the wines of Passarini are fresh, fruity, balanced and easy to drink. They are a great match with every day food, and as aperitif.
Passarini winery is Vegan free and its Pinot Grigio hectars also Organic Certified.
