Cascina Lana

Cascina Lana is a wine cellar in Nizza Monferrato with 23 hectares implant principally in Barbera grape.
The company born in 1937 by Davide Baldizzone that began to produce wine from 4 hectares.
In 1981 he “passed the baton” to his son Nino and his wife Graziana: year after year the passion for the quality and for the Barbera wine encourage to make always better with a light cluster thinning in August followed by a manual harvest of the grapes in September.
Nowadays collaborate with Nino and Graziana, Giorgia, the oenologist, and Diego, sales manager.
Our wine selection consist of Barbera wine (still, sparkling, rosè, Superiore, Nizza Docg and aromatized); red wines like Dolcetto d'Asti, Grignolino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Nebbiolo; white wines like Chardonnay, Cortese and Moscato: annual production around 80 thousand bottles.
