The Champagne Couvent Lemery is a familial and traditional production for three generations. Sylviane and Edmond do everything by themselves from working in the vineyard, to winemaking and the selling. They work with the respect of the tradition and the environment. This makes it a very unique, qualitative and authentic product.

The property is located in the heart of « La vallée de la Marne », home to very qualitative vineyard where grow the best Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
