Champagne Leblanc-Collard

A family history since 1751 

From an old family of winegrowers since 1751, the vines have followed all generations.

It was in 1982 that Pascal Collard really started to work his own vines. At the age of 20, he decided to grow only vines.
Over the years, his desire to make his own champagne led him to create his own press, vat room and cellar.
 
In 1991, with the help of his wife Jocelyne, the first harvest was launched! 

Their two children, Charlotte and Simon, both passionate about the world of wine, decided to come and work alongside their parents. 
Champagne Leblanc-Collard owns 5.5 hectares, mainly in the commune of Tauxières-Mutry.
 
The vines are planted on 4 communes: Cumières, Aÿ, Mareuil S/ Aÿ and Tauxières-Mutry. These clay-limestone soils, all very different, bring great diversity to the different champagnes.
 
The vineyard is planted mainly with Pinot Noir (70%), the Montagne de Reims being its favourite terroir, then with Chardonnay (30%). 

Champagne Leblanc-Collard has always been concerned about its biodiversity and the richness of its soils. To show its commitment to the environment, the family estate has obtained HVE (High Environmental Value) certification.
