The Colutta Winery was born in 1939 with my Grandfather Antonio. I start to work in my family wine business in 1985 and now our vineyards are set across 22 hectares in the Colli Orientali del Friuli (D.O.C.) region, or more specifically in the areas of Manzano, Buttrio and Rosazzo. We produces 140.000 bottles of high quality wines, entirely from our own grape harvesting and production that will be around 200.000 bottles in few years with the new vineyards.
International grapes like Prosecco, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon or native grapes as Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Refosco p.r., Schioppettino and Pignolo
We have restored the ancient villa, which today holds the fermentation cellar, the cellar for the barriques and oak barrels for the red wines, the bottling room and the apartment for our guests with a nice pool in the middle if the vineyards.
The most traditional and rigorous cultivating techniques and a refined winemaking process, allows us to guarantee the high quality of our wines, year in year out.
