Agronomist and oenologist, Cedric has enriched his know-how in the wine sector for nearly 15 years before achieving his dream and create with his family “Les Capreoles”.
From the start, the biodynamy and organic vine-growing was obvious and our estate is then Organic certified by Ecocert. 

Our 7ha of vine spread over the communes of Régnié-Durette and Lantignié allow us to offer cuvées of character in Régnié and Beaujolais Lantignié appellation.
Organic vine-growing, respect for the soils and terroirs, but also full maturity grape harvest are essential for us. Everything is important and contributes to the balance and the quality of our wines. 

Better respect life and the environment, promote biodiversity, pay attention to soil health and their needs ... These are all challenges that we have chosen to take up for our children.
Our wines are produced in indigenous yeasts and vinified in respect of the different terroirs from which they come. The use of sulfites is kept to a minimum.
