The Livia Fontana winery is located in the heart of the Barolo area. Ten hectares of vineyards located primarily near the winery in Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d’Alba - Bussia- area where Nebbiolo for Barolo and barbera grapes are grown and in the nearby Roero area, where Arneis is cultivated. Some vineyards are located in privileged positions such as Villero and Bussia. Barolo is the flagship wine of the Livia Fontana winery; loved and appreciated in history by nobles and powerful people, it has always been considered the "wine of kings and the king of wines", owes its particular personality above all to the characteristics of the earth rich in clay, limestone and minerals. Today there are seven generations that preceded the current management of Livia Fontana and her children Michele and Lorenzo. Each with their own roles brings energy, enthusiasm, competence and passion. Alcuni vigneti sono situati in posizioni privilegiate come Villero e Bussia.
