At the beginning of the last century, the Galindo family and the San Millan family decided to plant vines on different plots on the Zamorana plateau. Some of them still survive within the Appellation of Origin of Toro (D.O. Toro). With their grapes they made small batches of wine and, in addition, they provided to different wineries in the area, an activity that they maintained until 1984. Years later, their descendants have taken hold of the baton and we will continue with that tradition, with a pampered production of wine made in what is possibly one of the smallest wineries in Spain. We make two wines from an ecological vineyard in Appellation of Origin of Toro (D.O. Toro). La Pizca (red wine) and La Miaja (white wine)
