La Cave aux Fioles, it’s in Rivesaltes, south of France, Roussillon and nowhere else. Since 2018, I work alone, with passion and respect for the nature of the farm called “Mas Vespeilles”. My small plots of old vines are on a windy, dry clay and limestone terroir. Most of the wines are Nature (with non added sulfits) certified organic, and we are excited to begin with the biodynamic agriculture. My commitments are on low yields, manual haverst and soft vinifications to respect the quality of the grappes. We produce the wine we love to drink: handicraft, beloved and without any chemical influence.
