Vinos Del Viento are boutique hand-crafted wines by winemaker Michael Cooper in the 4 Designations of Origin of Aragón (Campo de Borja, Cariñena, Calatayud and Somontano) using the indigenous grape varieties of Garnacha and Cariñena. All the vineyards used for these wines are from high altitudes, with dry-farmed vineyards, respecting the environment and with a minimal intervention in the winemaking. The philosophy is to express the fruit, the purity of the fruit and the varieties and to create wines that are original, one of a kind, limited production.
