It is produced exclusively from the eleven historical pezas (small plots) that were planted by the sons of D. José Ramón Gayoso throughout the 20th century on the slate slopes of the village of Portela, using a mass selection of Pedrouzos.

Vinified individually until their final assembly, express in an elegant and powerful way the universe of nuances of each of these micro-plots.
