"Orange" white wine, obtained from the Verdea (San Colombano) grape variety. Wine with a strong and broad perfume, beautiful expressive nose, good citrus, beautiful structure, well-managed maceration, elegant, honest, excellent as an aperitif served fresh, not very cold, it goes well with both fresh and semi-aged cheeses, in particular gorgonzola, with appetizers lean, sea fish and fresh water.
Manual harvest, early September
Immediate destemming and 3 days maceration on the skins, then manual pressing and immediately in cask for spontaneous fermentation at cellar temperature, without added yeasts.
Total sulfur content 76 mg / L (at bottling declared on the label).
