A distinctive and provocative red blend that can vary every year as we take advantage of the best that nature offers. The structure is clearly identifiable but improvisation is part of Jazz’s repertoire thus promising to be a new discovery each year.
Vintage: 2010
Grape Varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot
Harvest: Hand picked
Fermentation: in french oak barriques of 225 L for 14 to 16 days.
Aging: 18 months in french oak barrique followed by 8 months in stainless steel container and then further refinement in bottles.
Alcohol: 13,5%-14,5 depending on the year
