1 month in barrel and 5 months on its lees with weekly batonages. Aged in 300-liter French oak barrels.
Visual phase: Medium intensity lemon yellow, clear with dense tears.
Olfactory phase: Aromatically intense, highly complex, with notes of white and stone fruit, pencil wood and bakery, with slight notes of hydrocarbons and nuts such as walnuts.
Tasting phase: Dense mouth, well balanced acidity and alcohol with a white fruit and stone aftertaste. Medium length finish.
