Complex and full-bodied. An elegant nose with hints of white fruits (pear, peach, melon) and some buttery notes. A delicate and well-balanced wine.
This wine pairs very nicely with half cooked foie gras, crawfish terrine and all type of seafood, but is also matched well with poultry and white meat with an accompanying sauce. A perfect serve with goat cheese.
