SENSORIAL FEATURES: Light rosè colour. The bouquet is floral with hints of rosehip, and fruity of raspberries and wild strawberries. The palate is fresh, armonic, mineral. Persistent with fruity aftertaste.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Light starters, sea and lake fish, sushi, pizza. Recommended particularly with grilled whitefish or pike in sauce with polenta.
