Amarone Cinque Stelle is a masterpiece par excellence. The maximum result that can be obtained from the rigorous selection of the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara grapes left to dry for about 3-4 months. Thanks to the drying process, an extraordinary concentration of sugars, tannins and extracts is obtained. The grapes are pressed and fermented in contact with the marc for over 40 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in barrels: 60% Slavonian oak of 5000 liters and 40% in French barriques for about 3 years. Aging in the bottle for about one year.
