Description

Pale straw yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. To the nose we recognize the typical citrus notes of the Famoso, which thanks to the presence of bubbles are more easily picked up by the nose. In the mouth the perlage is not at all invasive, leaves room for the pleasant aromas of this fantastic grape.
Famoso is a native grape of our region, which is hand-picked and then the grapes follow a typical fermentation in Charmat way, with the second fermentation that takes place in autoclave. The wine ages at least 6 months in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees.
