Description

It appears a pale straw yellow. The nose immediately reveals the aromatic characteristics of this grape, centered on citrus notes, bergamot, almost exotic. The mouth is enveloped by the warmth of these notes complexed by a not exaggerated acidity, which make this wine extremely pleasing.
Famoso is a native grape of our region. The grapes are hand-picked, pressed softly and then they follow a static cold decantation for about 24h. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine ages for about 4 months in stainless steel tanks and then in bottle.
