AGLIANICO ROSSO IGP ROCCAMONFINA
The Aglianico IGP Roccamonfina wants to be a young and easy-drinking wine. The grapes are processed in order to have a soft and slightly aggressive tannin. Aging takes place in steel for 5 months and in French oak barrels for 3 months. Hand-picked grapes ferment in steel at a controlled temperature after destemming and crushing.
