Aivè is a white aromatic white 100% from Moscato Bianco grapes. But instead to control the fermentation in order to manage the sugar residual and the bubbles we let the fermentation to end. The result is a completely aromatic dry wine perfect for aperitifs. Another interesting pairing is with shell fish. Give it a try, it's worth it.
