VENDEMMIA: Manuale in cassetta a fine Settembre
VINIFICAZIONE: Fermentazione sulle bucce a temperatura controllata di 25-28 °C. Iniziale affinamento in recipienti di acciaio inox, a cui segue maturazione in botti di rovere francese per 8 mesi. Imbottigliamento nel mese di Novembre.

VINIFICATION: Fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperature of 25-28 °C. Initial aging in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in French oak barrels for 8 months. Bottling in November.
