Ambris is our floating gold reflecting the story of our land, the people it represents and the method in which It has been made. Produced in limited quantities.
Vinification: Hand harvested. Destemmed, pressed temperature-controlled fermentation at 15°C for between 15-20 days. Part vinified and matured in amphora, part stainless steel and part barrique. Matured in bottle for 4 months before release.
Taste and Flavour profile: This complex wine has a depth of flavour that ranges from honey to mint, citrus to hazelnut. Ageing in different vessels gives texture and concentration combined with freshness and elegance.
