Description

Our most beautiful vines on the Plateau, oldest parcels of our wine estate. Made from Mourvèdre (42%) supplemented by black Carignan (42%) and black Grenache  (16%) from the calc & limestone plateau of the Leucate peninsula. Raised 16 months in oak tanks and muid (600 l  barrels) with all attention for superior wine : festive and autumn cuisine ... Gourmet!
