"Grenachière" (differents vines planted)  from our old vines on the Leucate hillside close to the Sea, vinified in demi muid (600 l barrel): grilled or boiled fish in a fine sauce that fits well, mushrooms, white meats ... Our Corbières in a Burgundy "style" !
