Le note minerali, insieme ai sentori di mora e frutti rossi, risuonano in un’armonia unica.
Macerazione e fermentazione alcolica in vasche di acciaio per un periodo medio di 14-15 giorni a seconda dell'annata.
Fermentazione malolattica in barriques  di rovere francese, e conseguente affinamento per 15/18 mesi. 
Affinamento in bottiglia per circa 12 mesi.
Produzione dell'annata 2017 di 1000 bt e 60 magnum.
