The typical red wine of “Astigiano”, known all over the world, comes from our oldest vineyard of 1968, in the upper hill (south east exposed).
To the sight: Red rubin with some purple nuance
To the nose: a complex mix, starting with rose and red fruits like cherry, raspberry, blackberry and marasca to continue with spiced scents like coffee, pepper and leather.
Slightly balsamic at the end.
To the mouth: intense flavor, with the right freshness and acidity, very well balanced.
Great sapidity, tannins well integrated.
Long persistence.
