Description

This interesting wine called “Superiore” (Superior) as it has a different and more complex winemaking process. Rich in color that shines of purple ruby;this wine displays a broad spectrum of fruity notes in it’s perfume, a few to take note of are blackberry, cherry, strawberry and raspberry with spicy accents, among of which is vanilla. The full flavour of this wine alleviates the typical acidity of the vineyard. We choose to use only use small wooden barrels in the production process, that gives this wine it’s well balanced finish.
