Barbera d'Alba Pesco delle Vigne
The grapes for our Barbera Pesco delle Vigne come from Canale and Vezza d’Alba.
Manual harvest. Destemming and crushing with soft pressing. Fermentation on skins with daily must pumping. 36-month min. ageing in oak barrels: 12 months in barriques and 24 months in large barrels. 6-month min. ageing in bottles.
Leoparòdi Barbera Pesco delle Vigne has a strong purple red colour.
With the nose you can smell flowery bouquet, cherry and red forest fruit. You can also feel violet, humus and spicy notes.
To the taste you can feel it warm and balanced with tannins to convey softness.
