GRAPE VARIETY: produced with 100% Barbera grapes.
PRODUCTION AREA: Calosso (At) – Monferrato – Piedmont - Italy
SOIL TYPE: calcar marl
CULTIVATION SYSTEM: bow Guyot.
AGE OF THE VINEYARD: 15/25 years old.
IN VINEYARD No use of chemicals (organic certification). All work is done by hand or with the use of small machinery.  IN CELLAR destemming and soft pressing of grapes with wooden press. FERMENTATION in conical trunk wooden tank.
DESCRIPTION: intense and dark, ruby red, fruity and very lingering, with a smell of cherries,
blackberries and red fruits. Tasteful, velvety and harmonic.
PAIRINGS: aperitif, elaborated first and second dishes, game, cold cuts and cheese 
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 17° - 19 ° C
LIMITED EDITION: EVERY BOTTLE IS NUMBERED BY HAND.
IN RED WINES, ESPECIALLY THE AGEING ONES, IT'S IMPORTANT TO OPEN THE BOTTLE IN THE PLACE WHERE IT WILL BE CONSUMED, AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE SERVING, EVEN BETTER IF DECANTED SLOWLY. BY DOING SO, IT OXYGENATES THE WINE, ENHANCING THE AROMAS.
