The Hare is our white wine, gained from the combination of white Tuscan Trebbiano and white Tuscan Malvasia grapes. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and lasts for a week, and during this process the juice macerates on its skins. This method produces a structured white wine, where smoothness triumphs over acidity. The yellow gold colour along with its bright and luminous nature unleash the Hare's charm. Its nose is of medium intensity with a fresh fruity aroma, pleasant scents of Golden Apple and nectarine. Fresh, persistent and full-bodied on the palate. This wine can be paired with pasta and risotto, fresh cheeses, cold cuts, and fish as well. Given its body, the Hare can be also paired with white meat.
