AGING IN SMALL OAK barrels FOR ABOUT 1 YEAR AND THEN IN BOTTLES FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS
CHARACTERISTICS Light Red Color with shades Orange, Delicated Perfumes of red fruits with predominance of Cherries and notes of Vanille with citrus spicy, Incredible complexity and aromas. Good acidity with long persistence in mouth. Perfect density and oiliness
TEMPERATURE serve at about 10/12 degrees.
