Brut 63 ?
Because this cuvée is elaborated from our 63 parcels to obtain a wine in complementarity and in contrast. This round and structured champagne expresses freely its original terroir.
Grapes : 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay
Vinification : Brut 63 is a fine blend of wines from the 2017 vintage and 30% of reserve wines. No malolactic fermentation. Draw in January 2018.
Aging : 36 months minimum, dosage: 8g of sugar per liter.
Bottle : Bottle (0.75l) Made in France 750g, cork.
Tasting : This champagne with a nice freshness in the mouth is structured and its persistent foam. Brut 63 will be appreciated as an aperitif with appetizers favoring freshness, based on fish, shellfish or crudités but also at any time and on all occasions.
