Caratteristiche organolettiche:
Di colore rosso rubino intenso leggermente tendente al violaceo. Profumo leggermente erbaceo con sfumature di lampone e mirtillo. Corposo, pieno, sapido, giustamente tannico, equilibrato ed armonico al palato.

Gastronomia:
Vino da arrosti, indicato in particolare con selvaggina e cacciagione, con carni alla griglia, formaggi a pasta dura e stagionati.
