Cabernet Franc

Ruby red color with magenta reflections. The nose shows ripe forest fruit, in particular blackberry and raspberry jam. Slightly balsamic with hints of sage. It fades a bit spicy. To drink it is full, rich and structured, long and persistent, with silky and slightly exuberant tannins.
14 days of grape-ripened grapes maceration. 9 months in stainless steel tanks. 
To combine with fat and tasty salami, such as cup or “Musetto”. Interesting with ducks and wild game meat.

Colore rosso rubino con riflessi magenta. Al naso emerge frutta di bosco matura, in particolare confettura di more e lamponi. Leggermente balsamico con sentori di salvia. Sfuma speziato. Alla beva risulta pieno, ricco e strutturato, lungo e persistente, dai tannini setosi e lievemente esuberanti. Uve pigia-diraspate tenute 14 giorni a macerare. Vinificazione in acciaio per i 9 mesi di affinamento.
